A Passion For Watches
My fascination with the macro world started out as a young boy, like all children, in a sand box, on a beach or whatever dirt and imagination could come up with. As a still life photographer we are always looking at the details and how to light them to make the photo special. And with camera in hand what a wonderful combo the macro world creates for photography… …and especially watch photography.
Watches require technical expertise as well as lighting skills that will always be challenging for any photographer. The macro world strikes again and the subject is watches. I think I have learned a thing or two about shooting watches over the years and I am still perfecting my craft. For both video and stills it’s always in the lighting and details that make watches come to life. What a great challenge to have… …in the world of watches.
